Ingredients

  • 4 Red Fuji Apples (Cut in to Match sticks size)
  • 2 Stalks of Celery (Cut in to Match sticks size)
  • 6 oz. Manchego Cheese (Cut in to Match sticks size)
  • 1 Cup chopped & toasted walnuts
  • ½ cup chopped Parsley
  • 2 Medium Fresh Lemons
  • 1 ½ Tbs. Olive oil
  • ¾ tsp. Salt or as per taste
  • ½ tsp. black pepper crushed


Apple – Manchego Cheese Salad



METHOD

Method:

  1. Add Cut apples into a big salad Bowl.
  2. Mix fresh Lemon Juice (squeezed Lemon), toss it well
  3. Add Cut Celery, Cut Manchego Cheese, Parsley, Walnuts, olive oil, Salt and Pepper.
  4. Mix well
  5. Add fresh Lemon Juice from freshly squeezed Lemon.
  6. Mix well & Serve
