Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gram flour (besan)
  • ½ cup of Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp. chili powder
  • ¾ turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. Ajwain seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Few strands of coriander leaves
  • Water as per requirement.
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 4 raw bananas




METHOD

  • Take a bowl & mix all ingredients except Raw Bananas.
  • Add water as required to make a paste consistency (not too thick or not too watery)
  • Put Kadai or thick bottomed Pan on a stove on medium heat.
  • Add oil in it, let it be hot.
  • Add slices of raw banana to the basan Mixture and put in oil one by one.
  • Let it fry till golden brown or crisp.
  • Take it out in a platter and garnish it with Fresh Coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with green Chatni .
