Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2 tbs. dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbs chopped walnuts

METHOD

Instructions

  1. Cut the bananas into 1-inch pieces. Put them on a platter in a single layer and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a food processor add frozen banana pieces
  3. Puree until creamy, 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Add Dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  5. The ice cream is ready to serve at this point
  6. For a firmer texture, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and place it in the freezer for at least an hour. Let the ice cream soften about 10 minutes before serving.

              Kids love it.

 

Note:

You can make Banana ice cream without nuts and chocolate chips also
