METHOD
- In a thick bottom pan or kadai, put little oil
- Once oil is hot, add cumin seeds & let it splutter
- Add potatoes and sauté for few minutes
- Add cumin powder, garam masala powder & stir well to combine
- Turn off heat
- Let Potatoes cool down
- Add green chatney to potatoes, combine to coat all potatoes
- Add chaat masala, Mix well
- Transfer Green potatoes to nice serving bowl or platter
Garnish with Pomegranate seeds, Sev & dhania
Your Green Aloo Chaat is ready to serve.
