Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • ½ cup soya granules (soaked)
  • ½ onion thinly chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic chipped
  • 1 -2 Green Chopped Chili
  • Pinch of asafetida
  • 1 tsp. chart masala
  • 1 Cup yogurt (whisked)
  • Few leaves of fresh Mint
  • Little Achar (any Kind)
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Olive oil or Gee




METHOD

Method:

 

  • Take Wheat Flour in a bowl.
  • Add 2 tsp. oil or Gee in it
  • Add pinch of salt.
  • Add water and knead it like regular roti flour.
  • Cut in to equal portions & make small balls

Stuffing:

  • In a Pan add some oil,
  • Add chopped garlic, sauté it for a minute
  • Add chopped onion & sauté till onions turn pink in color
  • Add soaked soya granules
  • Add Chart masala
  • Add pinch of asafetida (heeng)
  • Now take one ball of aata, press it with hands and put 2 tsp of stuffing in the middle, close it on the ends.
  • Pin Roll the stuffed ball and make paratha
  • Put paratha on the heated Tawa
  • Turn Paratha on the other side.
  • Put some oil or gee on both sides and cook it on medium heat.

Your Paratha is ready.
Serve with Yogurt with Mint or raita and some Achar
