Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Paneer
  • Salt 1/2 tsp or as per taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 Medium size Onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • Oil for frying
  • Little Water




METHOD

  • Cut paneer into small cubes.
  • Mix together paneer, ½ tsp salt, egg, corn flour, garlic, ginger and water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces coated with mixture till golden in color.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a wok and stir fry the onions over high heat for half a minute.
  • Add green chilies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and fried paneer cubes.
  • Mix well and garnish the chili paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander.
  • Serve with steamed rice.
