Ingredients

  • 2 Cups yogurt (Greek preferably)
  • 1lb. grated & boiled Beetroot
  • 1 tsp Salt (Kala Namak)
  • 2 tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tsp. Mint leaves




METHOD

  • Grate Beet root
  • Put pan on a stove & turn heat on.
  • Put grated beet root in the pan with little salt
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat or till it gets tender.
  • Take whisked yogurt in a bowl
  • Mix beetroot in it
  • Add kala namak to it
  • Add some chopped mint & coriander leaves

Raita is ready to serve.
