Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. of cooking oil
  • ½ tsp. of mustard seeds
  • Pinch of asafetida
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 1 small green chilly
  • Salt as per Taste
  • 1 cup blanched green peas
  • 1 medium onion Chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato Chopped
  • 2 cups of boiled Marconi Pasta




METHOD

  • Take thick bottom pan
  • Put oil in it.
  • Add mustard seeds and let it crackle
  • Add chopped Onions and sauté it
  • Add Curry leaves and pinch of asafetida in it.
  • Cut green chilly in to small pieces and add in to it.
  • Fry onions till golden color then add chopped tomatoes in it.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Sauté all mixture together.
  • Add green blanched Peas and sauté again.
  • Finally add 2 cups of boiled Marconi pasta and sprinkle some water on top of it
  • sauté for couple of minutes.
  • Fold Marconi Pasta with all masala and sauté again.
  • Your Marconi UPMA is ready
